- Management is very accessible and listens to your ideas - Small company attitude and togetherness, it's easy to get along with your coworkers and feel welcome - Realistic goals - management and your coworkers work hard to share the workload. Everyone understands that everyone else is working hard, so it's nice to see that management understands this and takes care to spread the workload and responsibilities effectively - Great activities!
