Terrible CEO who changes priorities on an almost daily basis. Constant restructuring of teams & moving of personnel from one role to another. Zero accountability required of middle management & no authority given to managers to enable them to do their jobs. Severe lack of real world experience within the majority of the management team. Mercinary approach to most business relationships with the focus squarely on short term profit over building long term partnerships.
