Pluspunten
Great coworkers. We're all pretty young, pretty clueless, and willing to learn. Fun projects. We build a lot of server apis, do iPhone and Android development. There really isn't a lot of structure so you're given freedom to build things the best you see fit.
Minpunten
Spastic management. The owners aren't really sure what kind of company they are running or what they want to do with it, so employees come to expect projects to be started one day and cancelled the next. It's both exciting and frustrating, but the end result is that not much gets done. And unfortunately there is little communication between the top and bottom, which builds up a lot of uncertainty and distrust.
