- Co CEOs are two individuals who bought the company and have no prior experience in tech or HR. I highly encourage you to check out their resumes on LinkedIn and see if you feel confident in their experience - It’s well known within the company that they are trying to overvalue the organization in order to sell or obtain an investment - As someone who works with their clients I can assure you that their Net Promoter Score is absolutely false and clients want off the system. We make it extremely hard for them to leave - System is outdated and parts of it look like Windows 1998 - Massive layoffs happen and company never address them - Toxic work environment. They have great employees but no one trusts leadership - Only two individuals are qualified to be on the leadership team

- Implementations are very labour-intensive for the consultants - Role sometimes feels lacking in purpose and impact - Software is undergoing modernization, which is positive, but also challenging when the legacy product isn't getting upgrades
