Flexible and warm work environment, possibility of real growth, beautiful offices in a central location, good benefits. Everyone's always willing to lend a hand and, to me, there's nothing better than having great co-workers. The recruiting process is very good, and oriented to the interests and abilities of each one, they do a really good job of identifying your potential and finding the perfect spot for you. I personally felt very encouraged!
