They offer really big salaries even for the same position in other companies in Buenos Aires. I should have known better that it was for a reason.
Minpunten
Recruitment sells the company as a really "entreprenurial" place, really open and flexible, and then you end up in a place where leaders don't know how to lead, managers don't know how to manage and basically everything is "up to you" without explanations. Maybe it's not a company-wide thing, but as far as I digged, in every mayor department there is the same situation: the know-it-all's that never consider a new approach or a different view.
