There's only so many SVPs & VPs you can have in a company. About a year or two ago, Avepoint also noticed their glassdoor score was quite poor. So there was a c-level drive to actively encouraged employees to say nice things about the company without putting 'pingpong table' as a pro. They proudly presented this as part of the exec updates. Also - if you're looking for a company to stay loyal to, and resonates with any personal values, don't expect to find any here.Very profit driven and will play dirty if they need to win They also say they facilitate a culture of learning - really they don't want to hear it.
