Other reviews on glassdoor about this company is true... - Management does not care about staff. - Promotion is not fair, decided by who is favorite staff of the management not on IT skills etc. - No training and improvement - Politics ( because of $) between department. $$$!!! - Many customer complains about staff and service - Many employees do not stay long. Always hiring a lot and leaving quickly. - Some staffs can get fired unfairly , it all depends on management :(
