• Nature of business can sometimes result in high-pressure, demanding situations (which may be also viewed as a “Pro”) • Some company policies are very structured and process-oriented which can be difficult to manage at times • Lack of incentive/motivation to over-exceed expectations in some cases

You provided great feedback on Avendra. There are a lot of wonderful things about the company that you wrote about. I am glad you mentioned the opportunities for learning and growth for our associates. I know that our leadership team believes very strongly that investing in our associates is important and one of the contributing factors as to why we are a leader in our field.

- Coworkers are pretty friendly and try to support each other despite the environment - Some departments/managers are more flexible than others, allowing for reasonable work-life balance — though this is not consistent company-wide

Minpunten

Like many of the recent reviews, I share the sentiment that Aramark’s acquisition and influence over Avendra have significantly eroded what was once a strong and respectable company. I firmly advise against working for an organization plagued by toxic management who lack morality and transparency, Merit increases are negligible, with a standard 2% raise that fails to keep pace with inflation, let alone the rising cost of living. Advancement and recognition are often based on favoritism and internal politics rather than performance, creating a disheartening and inequitable work environment.
