I'm not sure where to start as there are so many pros working for Aventis Systems/Cortavo 1. Limitless Growth Opportunities: I've been here for over 6 years and during my tenure, I received 5 promotions which is so unheard of today. So many times, companies overlook those that work hard every day but not Aventis Systems/Cortavo. I work hard every day and have been rewarded generously throughout my stay. 2. Company Culture: I came from a very large company and with that, it can take months to implement new ideas. Each member of the leadership team has an open door policy and welcome feedback on the regular. If you have a great idea, they are eager to implement ASAP. They also have team building activities and free company-wide lunches where employees can really get to know each other in a comfortable setting. 3. Best Benefits: for a SMB, Aventis Systems/Cortavo provides the best perks you can get as an employee. From student loan repayment plans, company cell phones with unlimited data, flights, company issued cars, unlimited PTO and remote work. I mean I could go on and on about the perks. You don't see traditional SMBs caring about their employees the way Aventis Systems/Cortavo cares 4. Strong, Strong, Strong Leadership: one of many the reasons I've stayed at the company so long and enjoy coming to work each and every day is the leadership team. The President and CEO are true visionaries the empowers employees, encourages open communication and provides support and guidance throughout the journey. Both are very caring and even attended my wedding back in the day 5. Employee Well Being: The company strives to promote a healthy work life balance. For example, they allow employees to have unlimited PTO and remote work. They also allow you to work out during lunch breaks and even provided gym memberships for those that wanted to participate. They also put on healthy company contests such as the "Biggest Loser" where employees strived to lose the most weight in a 3-month period and the winners were awarded Amazon gift cards. 6. Meaningful Impact: When you're an employee you want to be able to stand behind the product/service and more importantly, the Company. And wholeheartedly, since my time here, I can stand behind the solutions we provide to clients. When you receive calls and emails from your clients stating how much they value our expertise, saving them money, and how they view us as a trusted partner in the industry, it absolutely means the world to know you are making a positive impact in the business world.

Honestly, it's heard to come up with something negative. If I had to nitpick, it would be the workload that comes with working for a smaller company. Working for larger organizations, you can often hide behind team members, but working for SMB the spotlight is always on you (which is a great thing if you are a hard worker).
