self scheduling, lots of opportunity to move to different jobs/depts if one area doesn't work out

Minpunten

Benefits could be better, health insurance even with the better plan does not have very good coverage for the premium paid, and can only go to Avera, anything Sanford will be out of network and not paid.

It's an option of you choose to work for a Christian organization. It's expected of employees to treat patients with dignity and respect.

Employees do not get the same courtesy of dignity and respect as patients do. New to EPIC. Went live at midnight. Chose the most minimal transition option. Training was minimal and now the expectation is to function with i a system that has not even tested in practice. Upper management does not take the effect of line staff into consideration.
