      Solid business concept. Good at core business. Fantastic benefits.

      Minpunten

      Things went downhill rapidly after some re-orgs in late 2012 and a badly bungled attempt to move to a new ERP system. Most of IT left or was shown the door after new CIO implemented radical new direction under the guise of "streamlining" but was really simply poor judgement and lack of experience. A culture of cronyism. Pretty top-down in their decision-making. Values were really strong, but not so much after. Truth/reality became whatever the executives said it was.

      -Great people and positive working environment -Safety is the number one priority -Everyone pitches in and there’s a great sense of community -Almost guaranteed longevity with the company -Great starting pay -Great management with leadership promotion from within

      Not many. Maybe give contractors more opportunities for advancement? Or offer W2 employment guarantees after 1 year of contracting? I was there for 5, I loved being there but as a contractor I would have been fine with working directly for the company after a length of time. Because of the lengthy Boeing acquisition there were growing pains, unnecessary department shake ups and general changes that caused confusion and anxiety about potential layoffs during department restricting before covid, but exasperated in 2020.
