Upon completing my first month, what has stood out most to me is how genuinely supportive and welcoming the team culture is. Those small but thoughtful moments have made a huge difference in building my confidence. In addition, my supervisor's consistent end-of-day check-ins have provided structure and support as I continue learning the many facets of my role. Overall, this has made me feel not only welcomed, but truly invested in. Leadership's emphasis on improving both employee experience and customer experience also makes it clear that the company values its people, which is incredibly motivating as a new employee.

Naturally there's a learning curve with any new role. It's been a lot to take in, but that's more about being new than about the company. The support I have makes it all feel manageable.
