Company is a zero discharge facility - no chemicals go down the drain (great to work for business that actively cares for local environment).

Being around for over fifty years means there is a lot of comapany history - sometimes finding the new and improved path or cleaning up old processes can be challenging in an engineering and manufacturing environment (could be looked at positively or negatively).
