Always understaffed with high turn-over. Management shows overt favoritism to clique of senior employees, anyone newer than eight-ish years at company is just a cog in the machine. Schizophrenic company between electronics and structural components, and divided management and culture between them. When two companies are forced together because a private equity firm didn't want to pay two leases, that's what you get.
