      Pluspunten

      - Supportive teammates and friendly environment - No Micro management - Flat hierarchy - Open to choose any technology to work upon. You just have to be clear and price on that and provide a small POC on that to get that going

      Minpunten

      - Work life balance. It is not a regular thing but happens sometimes only. Actually it happens in a startup environment and a person generally see it as a "con" in a short time span but for longer it's for a good too. As working in a pressure situation sometimes makes a person street smart.

      Pluspunten

      Excellent learning environment for interns. Mentors are supportive and there’s exposure to real world Computer Vision and opportunities to work with modern AI technologies.

      Minpunten

      As a growing company, processes can sometimes evolve quickly, requiring interns to adapt and learn independently. Work can be challenging at times, but it provides valuable experience.

      One core positive as a fresher has to be the amount of learning, being put into real world projects and deployments with zero experience really develops the skill and mental ability to face such issues and challenges.

      Minpunten

      One negative I'd say is the initial learning curve, a person with no real world experience should have proper resources and people to learn from in the beginning which I think is lacking a bit
