      Pluspunten

      Not sure why anyone is posting that it's getting better....if anything with the new regs coming out, the demand to write letters for fear the Financial board will discover what's happening....the environment continues to decline. They restructure and restructure and restructure and while doing it, lay off some of the best people they could ever hope to employ. It's a sad situation....in other words there are no pros.

      As mentioned above there really are no pros~the pay isn't bad....it's an organization that thinks that is the answer.....it's very very sad.

      We had a lot of freedom at Axcess to do things our way, which Tech is a really big deal.

      The freedom did leave a lack of direction many times.
