salary sometimes not on time. low bonus, very less day of annual leaves. EPF also not on time. every 3 months then you will receive epf. developer need to do all the planning of flow, frontend and backend and also support and debug. Dont have any black and white that state clearly what the client want us to do, all just communicate through online meeting and sometimes after you have done something then the clients will say this is not what they want and you need to redo. So will be like repeating the same things again and again. Low pay of course and no increments. Promised to give some increment based on performance but it never ever happen. When ask for higher salary then they say they will pay you increment but it is not the case at all. No boss in this office only manager. Staff come and go. Need to travel to Singapore on and off but no extra allowance.
