I find it amusing that the guys at Axia have their employees writing fake reviews to offset the real ones (the 1-stars) to make themselves feel better about the lies they are telling each other and the few remaining sales people they have left. I mean, take a look at the review before mine. Basically telling you not to believe what they read on Glassdoor. Isn't that the whole point of Glassdoor? To get an unbiased, non-gaslight bit of info on what it's like to work there? I am a current employee at Axia. Don't know how I'm even still here to be honest. I am looking for other work at the moment. I have watched good salespeople get shuffled around and let go while they keep toxic management. I can attest that the 1-star reviews submitted are accurate. I've been here 2 years now. Axia feels more like a circus now full of clowns than it did when I started when it felt like a legit upstart. If I could give a negative -1 for culture I would. It's a joke.

Axia is a star-up. As such many of the drawbacks of working for a start-up do exist. The top two challenges I see are workload and stress Employees at Axia are often required to wear multiple hats and take on a variety of roles, leading to increased workload and stress. Axia's start-up culture may demand long hours and significant personal investment, which can affect work-life balance.

No employee feedback is taken seriously, no advanced path, bonuses, and pay rate increases are insufficient, and no formal training (learn by trial and error).
