No oversight, No training, Hiring targeted Help Desk level individuals (I include myself in that), dumping them into Systems work with no training or guidance with a sink or swim philosophy. Poor pay. Immense travel. Only travel between clients was paid, and they kept the distance between clients to around 15-30 minutes max, less if possible. Most people didn't bother doing the paperwork. Company double dips against client contracts, having employees on site at client while working remotely for other clients using source company materials to do so. No tools provided by Axis, that includes laptop. Often very difficult to get any communication from the top on how to approach clients or what had been discussed/promised, especially when visiting new clients.
