      Remote work, good benefits, talented teams, good mission

      Minpunten

      Exec team makes major shifts in strategy often. Built out the marketing team over the course of a year then abruptly changed minds and did lay offs. Not performance based layoffs, just "restructuring" and moved swiftly.

      Thank you for your review and your feedback. Our entire company has scaled and grown dramatically in the past few years, including our marketing department. With this level of growth comes lots of change, and at times, rapid change. We appreciate the feedback about your experience and will make sure that our People Ops team is aware of the feedback, and work to continue improving our approach to change management.

      Company morale is low. The other recent reviews stating this are extremely accurate. Company culture has eroded and the company values don't seem to matter anymore. 'Winning Right' has become lip service. Senior leadership refuses to address the problems many departments are having with headcount and workload. They don't really care about the customer experience. RTO makes no sense when most of your team remains remote in the same role, a role in which you spend much of the time on calls with customers and meeting with other team members virtually. Not enough staff to support the RMS customer base and ticket counts have ballooned.
