1. Salary is lower than the market rate 2. No compensation for overtime 3. Work so hard, and all you get is a Starbucks card, haha 4. No respect or boundaries — even when you’re traveling, if they encounter a problem, they’ll insist on contacting you to fix it 5. Chaotic onboarding process 6.No proper guidance or training provided 7. Upper management have big ego, can't admit they are wrong

Having the newest techstack dont' always yield the best result, on the contrary it may cause more harm than good due to technology stack that remains unproven and untested. This company has the tendency to use unproven techstacks which are fragile and could damaging in the long term. Long working hours Lack of senior engineers Lack of processes
