Over the last five years at Azalea, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both technically and professionally while working on meaningful healthcare technology. One of the biggest positives has been the level of ownership and trust given to employees who are willing to step up, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward.

The company moves quickly, and even with 250+ employees, Azalea can still feel like it operates at the speed of a smaller business. That pace creates opportunity, but it can also require flexibility and extra time, especially in infrastructure or operations roles where after-hours and weekend work may be needed for maintenance, upgrades, or critical support. Insurance options are affordable at a national scale, but the higher deductibles are something employees should factor into their planning.
