Pluspunten
Earlier the company had a flexible and employee-friendly culture with good trust and work-life balance. Some teams and managers are still supportive
Minpunten
In the last 2 years, the overall experience has changed a lot. The RTO has removed the flexibility that employees valued, and it feels like a one-size approach without considering real situations like emergency, health or family needs. The HR approach now creates more stress than support. Communication from HR head often creates panic instead of clarity and usage of strong and unprofessional wordings. All HR initiatives feel forced, take up time, and don’t add real value. Even connect sessions don’t lead to any action, which makes them feel pointless. For basic queries related to policies, insurance, or PF, it is very difficult to get a response. Emails and calls often go unanswered, which makes me feel helpless even for small issues. Sharing emails is frequent, but actual support or timely action is missing. I am expected to keep updating profiles and documents, but when support is needed, it is not available. It feels like HR is not working for employees anymore and even the basic needs in the office are denied and poor office infrastructure. Overall, the environment has become stressful and suffocating due to recent changes in HR leads compared to how it was earlier. Many existing team members are planning to leave, and ex-employees are unlikely to return. Personally, I would not consider coming back if the same approach continues.
