Pluspunten
Fellow employees were great. It was very much of an "at least we have each other/suffer in silence" sort of culture. Everyone generally shared the same grievances and hardships, and were in agreement about the horrible group management, though no collective steps were taken to change the system out of fear of retaliation.
Minpunten
Management was entirely unsupportive, irrational, and chaotic. Was told that it was unacceptable to ask for help or guidance, and that problems should just be "figured out myself." Group leaders were blissfully ignorant of staff grievances and were completely motivated by money, not employee development or growth. Was constantly just maintaining the overwhelming and unrealistic workload and trying to keep head above water. Practices that were blatantly unethical were swept under the rug.
