Aztek is a great company to work for. The coworkers and environment is extremely positive and the teams are very inviting and open. The projects / websites you will work on are challenging and fun and the leadership team is great at communicating with you on areas of improvement as well as offering praise. They offer a flexible work from home policy as well (even pre-covid)

Salary can be slightly less than market rate (not by a lot) but there is room for negotiation.
