Decent compensation, hit quota first 2 quarters without working very long hours. My direct team is awesome, very supportive and collaborative. Some leaders and other managers are not though

Constant change - in leadership, drugs, accounts, territory alignments, quotas, managers/team... impossible to get any momentum or build relationships as a sales person in this environment. Some great leaders, others who lead by fear and control.
