No advancement or recognition if you are a female. The good old boys take care of themselves, leave to play golf ("offsite business meetings"), do not record time off (seems unlimited time off). If you are not director or above, good luck. Employees are considered expendable (especially the females). There is no cross training or information given, you ask and you get one word answers, no matter how many times or in what ever way you ask.
