The work in this office did not go well from the very first week, when it became clear what tasks were to be performed. They turned out to be as boring, monotonous and completely useless for the effectiveness of b2broker as a whole. The immediate supervisor, the department manager, an incompetent employee who, in the absence of relevant experience in this field and team management, took out his anger on his subordinates in a toxic way. I especially remember his constant threats of dismissal in one day, although such communication is welcome in the company in principle. It is confirmed by the turnover and constant shortage of specialists in almost all departments. As a result, you will be required to work after the end of the working day and on weekends, to "show loyalty". Even if you plow through them like a donkey, you will be pointed out that you are working slowly and inefficiently, parrying with some coaching terms, probably having watched enough webinars a la "how to become a successful manager". There is absolutely no communication between departments in the company. Colleagues do not try, and sometimes even ignore questions on all channels. Here, everyone is on their own, and they can also substitute, for example, pointing out your mistake at a general meeting. The main communication is between the head and the head. Tasks in Jira can be overdue for several months, everyone just scores or finds other more important ones. And your results may depend on completing these tasks. I will separately note the hiring process when it became clear at the interview that the interviewer had not read my CV at all. At the next interview with CTO, the situation repeated itself. This is of course disrespectful to you and your time. You are also unlikely to enjoy the interview process, at all stages you will be pressured, violating personal boundaries. Then it will continue in the work.. My advice is not to work at b2broker, unless of course you want to receive humiliating comments and pressure from the manager, 24/7 work, monotonous tasks, incompetent colleagues. Working here is uncomfortable and unpleasant in every sense. Even if it seemed to you at the meeting that everything was okay, in fact, it is a concentration camp with pits with sulfuric acid. It is impossible to retrain such people, don't even waste your time on it. And don't try to remake yourself for them. If there is no pleasure from work, why do you need it?
