Pluspunten
The mission of Baby2Baby is outstanding. I love what they stand for and the work they do. The staff works HARD! They are a dedicated and truly care about the children. They put up with a lot of rude donors and tough management to make sure everything is done for the mission.
Minpunten
The higher ups do not always see the hard work their employees give. If anything, they are rude to those lower on the totem pole which creates more turn over and more work for those that stay. There needs to be a better management system. More time is spent on image than children. All the money that goes into events and photoshoots could be spent on more necessities for more children.
