Horrible, Toxic, Mean Girls, High turnover - werkgeversreview Intern bij BABY2BABY

Very mean and toxic work culture with an extremely high turnover rate with the short time I was there. The “lead” for us interns is the biggest mean girl making fun of people behind their backs but puts on a show with upper management. People get away with being mean because the “HR” department (as the other review stated just 1 mean individual) is also just as bad (did not even know the interns names). Do your research on the company and do not work here if you want to have a real career. Unpaid internship and on top of that staff does not help interns after using their labor. Shocking how horrible supervisors and disorganized this place is.
