Great work environment and really look after their employees, but can be hard to build relationships with colleagues. There is a can-do culture and some bright minds working on some complex solutions, though delivery record suffers as there is always something more exciting being thought up rather than finish off the small details.

Strategy since the BAE takeover has been poorly implemented and Detica still suffers from being seen as a consultancy by most of it's clients, which limits it's success in bigger deals. Arrogance of some (most) of the other employees can grate after a while
