work schedule is very manageable

piece rate.. strict timed breaks/lunch.. no talking to others parts never fit together. there isn't any form of leadership management is only watching on cameras in office.. no bonus .. very dirty work environment in and outside!!

Monday - Friday, no weekends, ability to work in different "departments" or areas. Interesting operation (performance automobile parts manufacturer.)

Minpunten

Lack of appropriate leadership for all departments. High turnover rate tends to lead to lofty goals for employees. Unequal treatment. Owner is certainly a "know it all" who comes off as being superior to everyone. No facility cleaning crew, equipment maintenance is non existent (duct tape it together when it breaks attitude) Dishonesty runs amuck.
