My main problem would be the nearly impossible sales goals set for the employees. I work in an area that's pretty small and has a small customer base. Our district headquarters is in a fairly big metropolis and often times the District Manager sets and expects the same goals for the big branches as our little branch. We are normally asked to focus on certain products per quarter. Our branch is so small that by midway through a quarter we run out of customers to pitch our sales to and it doesn't matter whether or not you get other products sold. If your specific goal isn't met you don't get recognition or praise. Also I think the management is given far too many chances. In one month I've seen one of my managers swear at an employee and yell at a customer on the phone. On top of that the manager takes unnecessarily long lunches, at least once a week calls in sick, and lets emotions control the decisions made and the way the employees and customers are treated.
