      The front-line staff were dedicated and competent. The work was challenging yet highly satifying. I felt like I was making a positive difference in the community.

      Minpunten

      The MCFD managers were control-freaks and bullies. The HR framework is archaic and punitive. Employee turnover is high. Management would rather spend money to keep rehiring than change the organizational culture and retain staff. I witnessed a lot of unethical behaviour by managers.
