Assistant Directors are lazy and do not hesitate to use people as fall guys for their own failings. CEO is no better as does not lead by example in any way. Blame culture is rife and lead by the Assistant Directors and CEO is so far from reality he has no idea or care about the impact the awful behaviour of the Assistant Directors has on staff. Staff turnover is so high that workloads are unbearable for the Staff in situ, everyone is so unhappy and stressed and it's a generally very uncomfortable and sad environment to be in. It's such a shame that BCHA claim to support the vulnerable and be caring and supportive to its clients, but it is simply not true with the so called leadership team at all, it's the people on the front line who care and give everything they have to help the vulnerable, but it's at a major cost to those staffs wellbeing and family life. If you work for BCHA, be prepared to watch your back and keep evidence of everything in readiness for when the Assistant Directors are looking for their next prey to justify their own poor performance and behaviours.
