Management has serious problems starting from the nepotism of the CEO, currently surrounded by his mates, right down to the false propaganda that HR have forced on Glassdoor (check the dates of the shiny, polished and scripted reviews, could you be more obvious?) I've read it before and I agree, there's a fear based culture here. If the CEO is in a foul mood, you'll know about it. It's not 'what you make it' as I've seen many put in 110% who suddenly disappear without question because a higher up has taken a dislike to them.
