Very low pay. No room for growth. Worst management. If you are in New Braunfels, TX. Run! Sprint away! Especially at Resolute in the Private practices. Their “management” is a joke. Inconceivably still managed by the same person that continues to run it into the ground.
Minpunten
Managers will set you up to take the fall for their failures. Pay is terrible. They talk to you like you are an idiot. You will be over-utilized and and underpaid. There is no one you can talk to about any concern, ever. They will pit you against your co workers, and they get off on breaking you physically, emotionally and mentally like you are fighting Pitt dogs. They have no sense of boundaries. Don’t bother. Just skip these job ads. Run.. no.. sprint away.
