Insulting with selling credit card compensation. It's next to nothing w such high interest for many poor folks. Capital one is one of the worst.

You do more than your pay. You'll do front end supervising w same pay. If u do become front end lead, it's not worth $1 extra. If you're on bottom of totem pole, you will be treated as scum.
Corporate reps are nasty greedy bleepers. They are rude, lazy and evil.
HR is there to protect company, not employee. Hr is a joke.
