To ensure job security, employees are forced to ingratiate themselves with the COO, CEO, and other management members. 4. They force to resign long term employees without any proper allegations 5. The Head of HR, the Head of Business Development, and the Chief Strategic Officer are only one person, whose only strategy is to terminate long-term employees to increase profit. The sales team failed to bring projects, but they terminate engineers for that. 6. Right now, there are no employee benefits at all. No subsidized meal, no provident fund.
