Great team spirit and group of absolute experts in the solution engineering space. Despite the size of the company, almost start-up-like culture with a lot of drive and also great career opportunities. Fantastic leadership team with a focus on growth of the the company and also of the team.

Minpunten

Little limitation on travelling opportunities, but can always be discussed with management and solutions will be found.

Can't be positive right now.

Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
