      I was Fired during probation for taking time off to spend with my dying father on his hospital bed (he had an incredibly unfortante journey with Cancer, then deal with the funeral and all that comes with the death of a loved one. They preach an inclusive and supportive culture, yet they dont want to let people in or treat them with respect. even the simplest of jobs are too complicated for the incompetant management of JMAC and good luck actually having the tools to do any work on site. The company is a revolving door, every 6 months people are eitehr fired or quit because they have had enough of the incompetance.

      The work culture is supportive; however, the senior staff is very hard to reach due to a busy schedule. Even the managers who are allocated do not guide well. The manager will hand you over to the other team and let them know what to do next. With no KPI's mentioned or any clear directive on how the performance will be judged.

      Minpunten

      Will end your employment without any prior notice or any advice during the probation on how to improve or where the problem is coming. They will simply judge you from the backseat with any review of the performance for the first 6 months.
