- Open and honest culture - A social place with friendly colleagues, most are willing to lend a hand when you need it - Strong values and motivating vision: a focus on improving healthcare - Interesting products - The opportunity for every staff member to be heard: the CEO had a meeting with everyone to gain feedback when he moved into the role last year.

Minpunten

- Some politics and longer standing members of staff sometimes not as ready to adapt to change and new ways of working - It's not a huge team so workloads can be big at times
