      Car IT is pure subcontractor of BMW. This concept obliberates all freedom and makes most of the work boring and annoying. Chaotic environment. The distance and frequent trips to munich does not make it better.

      To progress and have an larger impact, you must be prepared to put effort into understanding and meet the German culture at least half-way. No, you don't need to speak German fluently. But learn some, ask questions, take work seriously and build your network.
