Under market salaries, toxic work environment, friend politics, unfair treatment of employees, micro management, empty promises from senior management and CEO. If you want to get no where join BOQ. You’ll be stuck in your job title and salary when they demand you take on more work and act like a manager. Took people too long to realise but the whole team had to been replaced as we all found new jobs where we are appreciated and valued.
