This bank is a joke .I don’t know how you supposed to convince anyone to bank with BOQ..IT is beyond frustrating.Systems slower and complicated than it should be ,the most simple tasks taking way to long.Customers supposed to self service with the worst IB app.No OSKO !The app doesn’t have enough features.Horrible place to work-very stressful.Customers blame staff at the front for all the problems
