The IT consultants are really friendly and stay professional even when dealing with difficult clients. They address every problem as soon as they are mentioned and rarely, if ever, fail to meet expectations.

Clients tend to have the same problems over and over again. This makes life in IT in general a little frustrating because clients aren't learning from their mistakes.

Interesting material, working with computers presents a lot of challenges. Compensation was adequate for an entry-level position, overtime was sometimes worth it depending on individual commuting and responsibilities.

The expectation to stay 10-30+ hours a week over 40hours was unreasonable. The office was cramped and not environmentally friendly or fun to work in.
