      + comparatively good compensation + nice office

      Minpunten

      - projects really suck, sometimes PM do not understand why we are doing these projects - a bit hostile environment - paranoiac management - had scandals in media regarding their business (search for salem social media; look who is funding and what projects) - personally did not see any value to society in their products (better to work in small company with lower compensation but with a belief in what you are doing)

      -High salary. -A lot of social stuff like insurance, hard skills learning compensations, English learning compensation, sport compensation etc. -Straight grade system -you can change teams easily

      Minpunten

      -There is a lot of burocracy -Some project has not future and it's demotivate - Bonus system are not bright
