Owners drink and come in the office totally wasted. beware, you will get screamed at. Certain people are told to clean the kitchen like maids. Other people aren’t asked to do anything. There’s someone who heats up her soup, making a mess of the microwave because it pops. After she opens it you see smoke coming out. And then she expects you to clean it up for her. There’s a serious rat problem here. Mold falling from the ceiling gathers into green colored clumps on the desks. There is green and black mold inside the water tank. The waterfall stinks and is not taken care of. They are too cheap to pay someone to maintain it. Over the years they have removed paid holidays, forcing people to use PTO for days they should already have off. One example is we used to have Columbus Day off and now we don’t. They let some people take off early without PTO and others they make use PTO. Case concierges are allowed to take off whenever they want without using PTO, even if there is no backup to help out with work while they’re away. Years ago the contracting and commissions departments used to have to answer the office line. Now they don’t have to at all. Case concierges are always fighting with each other. If I raised my voice that loud at one of them I would’ve been fired instantly No Xmas bonus and cheap holiday parties. The case concierges get a huge bonus tho
