The work can definitely be fast-paced and challenging, but adjacent team members and management are constantly on the lookout for making sure that the load is manageable and have an open channel of communication if you need assistance. In fact, they often "temperature check" and may suggest slowing down temporarily after a major sprint or taking on less-intensive tasks in order not to burn yourself out – I can safely say I haven't had this level of care anywhere else.
